Why can’t I connect to the server?
Make sure you are connected to the same wireless network as the computer running Light Iron Server and that the server is up and running. We recommend a private, dedicated wifi network for best performance.

Why do I get an invalid login message?
If you are getting an invalid login message you are either not connected to the server or your username may be incorrect. iPads by default will capitalize the first letter of the username.

What is the optimal file size?
1280x720    2.4 Mbps    H.264

Does LIVE PLAY work with the Teradek Cube?
LIVE PLAY will serve H.264s created from almost anything that is within its specs.  If you are using the proxy recording function of the Cube, you simply need to tell Light Iron Server the directory to which  the Cube is recording.
